In need of a virtual assistant fairy godmother to get your business set up, organized, and ready to rock?? Schedule a “Studio Setup”- a service where I’ll spend 5 hours of retained virtual assistant time doing the legwork to get your Mydoma account fine tuned and ready for action.


It’s time to use your Mydoma account to its fullest potential and watch how your business flourishes. This service is very helpful for those who are new to business and need some guidance with how to run your business efficiently utilizing what Mydoma has to offer, and for those Mydoma users who hit the ground running and haven’t had time to get things set up from the start.


Studio Setup is a 5hr block of retained virtual assistant time that will be customized based on your needs and may include tasks such as:

  • Setting up your Mydoma Studio “landing page” with your logo, feature image, intro title and intro text, logomark, default currency, and studio color theme
  • Creating Project Status tags that will help you organize your design projects into phases
  • Setting order header and footers so you’re able to place orders with vendors with important information included
  • Creating invoice header and footers
  • Adding your standard pre-purchase agreement and post-purchase email to your account
  • Using your past projects to create templates
  • Helping you create usable studio tags and product categories
  • Setting Mydoma studio chat messaging preferences
  • Setting up your client resources with your custom welcome video (or default welcome videos)
  • Setting up your client resources with your custom FAQs (or default FAQs)
  • Creating and assigning tasks for your workflow
  • Creating profiles for your clients and vendors in Mydoma
  • Setting up your packages, including uploading your customized contracts and questionnaires
  • Setting up services you incorporate in your business often



Process:

  1. Discovery Call- Book a free discovery call where we'll spend 20 minutes chatting about what you'd like help with and what you can expect from us to make sure we are a good fit.
  2. Select, Sign, Pay- You've decided we are a good fit and are ready to work together. Select your studio setup package, and at checkout you will sign the service agreement and pay for the service.
  3. Send Us Your Deets- You'll complete our client questionnaire to share the information we need about your business. We will clarify if we have any questions or need more info, and then get to work!
  4. On The Clock- We are yours for 5 hours, ready to help in whatever way you need! At the beginning of each week we'll connect to see where you'd like our focus. As we work through our time we will keep you posted so you're able to refine our assignments or book more time.



We can't wait to help you with the parts of your business that weigh you down, so you can get back to what you love!


In order to manage our workload and ensure that we have time to spend with all of our clients, you must use your retained time within 60 days of purchase. Retained time that has not been utilized in 60 days will not roll over or be refunded. We will reach out weekly to discuss what you’d like for us to work on, and make sure you are getting the very most out of our time together.
