Project Management Virtual Assistant- 10 hrs

Retained project management virtual assistant work, used any way you want! Whether you need help putting together design boards, creating client questionnaires, building packages in Mydoma, clipping and organizing products, organizing within your Mydoma projects, and so much more, we're here to help.

Steps:

  1. Discovery Call- Book a free discovery call where we'll spend 20 minutes chatting about what you'd like help with and what you can expect from us to make sure we are a good fit.
  2. Select, Sign, Pay- You've decided we are a good fit and are ready to work together. Select your hourly package of 10 or 20 hrs of project management virtual assistant help, and at checkout you will sign the service agreement and pay for the service.
  3. Send Us Your Details- You'll complete our client questionnaire to provide us with the specifics about how you want us to start working for you. You will also schedule a 20 minute VA Kickoff call where we will discuss all the details of how you'd like work completed and share relevant info and logins. Then we'll get started!
  4. On The Clock- We are yours for 10 or 20 hours, ready to help in whatever way you need! At the beginning of each week we'll connect to see where you'd like our focus. As we work through our time we will keep you posted so you're able to refine our assignments or book more time.

In order to manage our workload and ensure that we have time to spend with all of our clients, you must use your retained time within 30 days of purchase. Retained time that has not been utilized in 30 days will not roll over or be refunded. We will reach out weekly to discuss what you’d like for us to work on, and make sure you are getting the very most out of our time together.
